As of Friday evening the show cars are going quickly

Lots of arm fulls went out the door all day long.

Hope you can make it.

Thanks Harry. A nice 'taste' of the Show.

I'm sure others will post, as you say. I guess many bargains were to be had. ;)

Thanks Harry,
I got to see the engine I'm waiting for in your picture and also from Jim Vecheck's video. The BC Rail Dash 9 will look cool with my CP stuff.

Later,
Dave

I had fun there on Friday afternoon with my kids. We checked out the booths, made a few purchases. Navin had the general arrangement drawings of the SW-1 framed and on display. Very nice to see those. The layouts that were operating looked good, too. I wish I could have stayed longer and poked around a bit more, but it was not too busy when I was there, and I got to chat with a lot of nice folks.

WOW Marty

I wish someone would have asked me..... I think I know something about the shows.

My answer to that question would have been. ABSOLUTELY NOT! We have booked the hall for the Fall Show.

IF ANYTHING the format might change.

We ALWAYS look at the shows and think of what we can do differently.

I personally had two vendors tell me that they did MORE than they did at the SPRING show. I had several vendors ask for space in the SPRING AND FALL for 2012.

This is the first show I have ever been in charge of that vendors came to me and wanted to pay for their SPRING booth space, as well as I Had 5 vendors ask for MORE space for the next shows. Three of the new vendors have asked for space at the next show.

so to answer your question about the end of the Fall Shows. I say NO WAY!. We are committed to offering quality model train shows to the public.
