60 plus days till the FALL ECLSTS

Post by Harry Hartman » Fri Jul 17, 2009 12:47 am

Where has the time gone???? It is approaching 60 days till the FALL SHOW.

Great Show with a GREAT Show Car. It looks EXCELLENT and with METAL WHEELS!

REMEMBER, if you have NOT made your hotel reservations, YOU NEED TO DO IT RIGHT AWAY! Remember there is another convention going on that weekend. It is the Harley Open House and the hotel tells me a lot people come for this open house. It would be excellent if we could out draw the Harley Open House.

I know I am looking forward to seeing many of you again at this fall show.

See you at the SHOW!

Just wondering if the Live Steam and other layouts will be there?
If not, will the seller's area expand into part of that hall?

From everything I have been told and received, all the layouts will be there. I heard from each of them in late April/ early May. I am just waiting for their list of names right now.

Hi Harry
How are you feeling? All healed up yet?
Got one more load to finish building for the Army train. Looks like it will have 22 flat cars loaded with equipment (all 1/24 or 1/25 scale), four diesels and several other assorted freight cars. I'm hoping the new Aristo Army club cars will be here by that time. It should be a neat change from the circus train. And yes, the John Deere will be there too. The wife and I will see you in September.

Hmmm, I'm contemplating what to do. My band plays that Saturday. I may have to come down on Friday. I know Chaos wouldn't be happy if I went down before we play, considering I set up the sound. I am looking forward to the show. Hopefully, someone will have more CP stuff this time.

It would also be advantageous for Aristo to have the Consolidation out at that time. If they do, if someone has an undec, I'll be buying one, to make a CP loco of course.

Just over three weeks to go for the Fall ECLSTS!!!!!
Vender list looks good!
Highlighting those I need to visit before they run out of the good stuff. Missed some good deals in the spring!
Updating my wish list!
Making notes on cars to buy for friends who can't make the show!

Hope to see you are there!
