well intentionedResponse to a locked thred

Post by KenBurkinshaw » Fri Jan 08, 2016 3:55 pm

Locking a post that expressed a valid concern, and real life experience , will never be a successful strategy. I did call Navin on the phone, and he will attempt to resolve the difficulties. A company that markets on the internet, and then fails to respond to the email message posted from their own site is very very bogus. I would suggest that someone remove the email link from the site and prominently highlight the phone number to contact the company.
I can only hope that my favorite hobby supplier will get it's act together despite the tough market. Quit promising products that don't come, and focus on the thing that made them successful in the first place........well supported good product.

This forum has never allowed negative comments like yours, why are you surprised?
