Is Crest an ongoing concern or not?

Post by KenBurkinshaw » Thu Jan 07, 2016 3:35 pm

It seems kind of pointless to leave a message (asking for a price quote for repair) on a website (Crest) that never bothers to respond  A couple of weeks ago I damaged a brand new Revolution receiver by misaligning the pins. I tried to find out if it should be repaired........but was ignored. I guess I'll just give up on the revolution system (I have 14 installed receivers and three transmitters) and just go with another vendor. Their stuff works just as well, and they actually care when you buy the product! :) It seems a sad end to a pretty good product, and a family I've supported for years.

Hi Ken,
Call them on the phone; Navin has taken care of my problems with my trains every time. Both with the Revolution transmitters and older Aristo-Craft trains.
Have fun with your trains,
Al
