Spring 2013 eclsts hotel

Post by Harry Hartman » Thu Oct 04, 2012 6:07 pm

Ok Aristo-Nauts, many of you have been asking me for information about the show hotel. Well we signed a contract with the

Holiday Inn Conference Center of York, Pennsylvania
ROUTE 74 & US 30
2000 Loucks Rd
YORK, PENNSYLVANIA 17408

Hotel Front Desk: 1-717-846-9500

$89.00 for a double occupancy. (plus taxes)

With this double occupancy you get a

FULL HOT BREAKFAST.

(It is called their All American Breakfast (buffet) . They have a full restaurant and a bar. They also have an indoor swimming pool that is open year round.

MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE special rate for the East Coast Large Scale Train ShowELS is the code letters you use to obtain the show discount.

Make sure it is NOT for the TCA Show.

IF YOU DO an ONLINE Registration for your rooms I have been told you should use the following code ECL

This is the same rate that we have had at this hotel for the past 4 shows. I was told that for 2014 there will be increases.

The hotel has set aside a block of rooms for us. This block will be available till 45 days BEFORE the show. If we need to open more rooms on the block, let me know and I will ask to have more rooms added.

Some have asked why you need to book through the ECLSTS .... it is the amount of bookings and people staying there that determines our rate. So the more of you that book and say it is for the ECLSTS the better rate we receive.

Make sure you make your reservations ASAP ... by booking a hotel many of you get together after the show in the evenings and share pictures and ideas about your displays.

The hotel code does not work if you try to book it on the Holiday Inn website.

I called the hotel directly and gave them the ELS code and it was a done deal. They even had all my information from this year's Spring show in their computer.

I have just been informed, by the hotel, that the ONLINE Code for March 22 & 23, 2013 East Coast Large Scale Train Show is

ECL
Remember this is the ONLINE CODE not the Phone in Code.

These are the codes provided to me by Holiday Inn.
