Exploded Parts Diagrams Online

Post by Jonathan Polk » Mon Oct 06, 2014 8:41 pm

I've uploaded the exploded parts diagrams here. A couple of things:

1. These are all of the exploded parts diagrams left from my files. My apologies in advance if you are looking for a model that is not listed here.
2. Some parts are still available for purchase. However, those numbers are dwindling. Once the parts are gone, they are gone for good. DO NOT send in any money to the Irvington address on the order form; The office there is closed. To order parts and check availability, you can contact Navin at Crest Electronics. His phone number is 1-201-565-6069. Email address is crestelectronics2@yahoo.com.

ART 32500 Streamliner Diner
ART 32600 Streamliner Dome

All of the parts diagrams listed above can be downloaded from the Large Scale database at www.gbdb.info
Type the part number into the search field - that will bring up the listing for that item and at the bottom you can download the manual and/or the parts drawing.

However, for the 11906 and 46950, there is only the manual in that database - if there is a parts drawing I will be happy to upload it if I get a pdf copy of it.
And for the 22851, 30375 and 7102 there is neither on the database - again, I would be happy to upload it so everyone has access to it.

I have an Aristocraft second generation 4-6-2 Pacific that clearly isnt the same as the 4-6-2 shown in the diagram. I was wondering if the Mikado is a better reference for disassembly of the locomotive. It appears so.
I discovered that the right rail does not pick up electric through the locomotive but through only one wheel on the tender. Also unlike my first generation Pacific the leading and trailing trucks do not pick up power either. Is there a wiring schematic for this?

Aristo made no upgrades to the Pacific parts diagram. You may be able to figure out the wiring for the front and rear trucks using the old Pacific diagram. You really do not need them as you can wire the tender for the additional pick up to help the loco. If I recall there was a thread on here a few years ago on how to do it. Might do a search or go to Gregs web site. Later RJD

Thank you R J.
Indeed the Mikado is a good exploded diagram to disassemble the second generation Pacific. now I have found out that there was a broken wire from the motor block circuit board to the main circuit board. It was where the wire was soldered to the main board. The loco is not fixed but not reassembled. I am now going to attempt my first Revo install.
Also further analysis will be covered on the battery RC thread.
