Another Method

Post by Thom Filbert » Fri Mar 14, 2014 11:33 pm

Another way is to do all of the typing in a word processor and then just cut and paste. Editing and spelling can also be done in the word processor.:)

Sure glad Lewis is keeping the forum going because I don't know where I would go when I need help. And I'm always needing help :eek:

Accordingly it is not always possible to recover your post.

I have just made a lengthy post, about some new developments at my railroad which took about five minutes in time to type. For what it is worth I am not a slow typer.
When I clicked to post to insert the referenced pictures I had to sign in again but lo and behold my post was not recoverable.

That used to happen to me all the time. My wife works from home on the same internet link and was having problems also. The ISP rep came out and said we shouldn't be working at all because our antenna had become misaligned in a gale wind. He adjusted everything and we are working fine now. The word processor thing is probably best though.

Yes RJ as long as it lasts !

Plus like I don't just source one service/product provider (shopping), as others are aware ya chk other forums because as we all have found info sourced from them can fill out some empty spaces.

I'm with you, RJ. I usually head for this forum first when I'm "training".

Thank you for continuing this forum;
I continue to be an ARISTO fan and just looked up the crossover information for an X with 4 WR switches. :)
